I had exceptional service on my E320. However, what makes your dealership standout. My car developed a malfunction last Monday night. I am from Ionia. The receptionist stayed on the phone with me until I arrived at the dealership approximately at closing time. Brad took my car in and set an appointment for service. However, no loaner cars were available. I needed to get back to Ionia because I had patients scheduled for surgery in the morning. Brandon Weber found me a car on the lot and let me take it back to Ionia until my car was fixed. he understood my dilemma and took care of the problem. I left for Ionia that night in a GLK. I have been telling everyone of this exceptional deed Brandon did for me. It really meant a lot. Thanks Betten and Brandon.

Dear Mr. Betten,

My wife, Nancy, and i stopped by your showroom to only look! We especially wanted to see the Volkswagen line. Within a very short time we nearly agreed to a proposal laid out by Kim Thompson. It only took until the next day for us to make a positive decision.

Kim, along with the expert assistance of Bernard Saayman, were the most professional, yet low key, representatives of any automobile dealership I have ever met; and, I have met many. By my recollection, I have purchased 13 new automobiles in the last 20 years, and many more before then. I just can't remember.

Sales Manager Kim was great in handling our questions and concerns. He has a talent for handling people with his expertise based on his intelligence, keen sense of humor and fair play.

My wife loves her White 2010 Wolfsburg Edition Tiguan more than she liked the BMW X3 that we recently turned in.

Our total experience, from beginning to end, was made easy by your entire staff and was truly unlike any we have ever experienced.

Mr. Betten,

I wanted to take a moment to communicate how wonderful my recent experience was dealing with one of your dealerships. I entered Betten Imports on a Saturday, close to closing, with questions on the Jetta TDI. I was immediately introduced to Thomas Harju and was told that he was an expert on the Jetta and specifically the TDI. Now, I am in sales and understand that Tom may have been "up" in the process of dealing with the next customer that walked through the doors, but I quickly found that Tom was beyond an expert.

He exhibited a great deal of passion for the vehicle, as well as his expertise. He took all the time required to clearly demonstrate the features and the benefits of the Jetta TDI. He made sure that I fully understood the unique characteristics of the diesel engine, as I was new to this concept. I am hard pressed to find a time when I have purchased something where the sales representative had a stronger knowledge than Tom has on the Jetta TDI. I have to say, the knowledge and passion that Tom exhibited played a large part in me purchasing my Jetta TDI from your dealership.

Tom extended his high level of professionalism after the sale, as well. I was impressed with the time he took to walk through the manual in great detail and the tour he provided of the dealership. He made sure I was introduced to key members of the extended team that I may engage with down the road. He also followed up a week after my purchase to see if there were any outstanding questions or issues that needed to be resolved. After 2 weeks and 1,750 miles, I am very pleased with the vehicle and my decision to purchase a Jetta TDI. I am confident this vehicle and your dealership will treat me well moving forward. I will refer your dealership and Tom to friends and family with confidence based on my experience.
