BRAD DEMOTT



Brad has been a part of the Betten Imports team for 10 years.  He started off in the parts department and moved from there to working with Mercedes-Benz service, but has found his true calling with Volkswagen Customer Service.  Brad loves working with Volkswagens and would love to help whatever the problem may be.

 JIM VANDEKIEFT



Jim has been working at Betten Imports for 21 years.  In addition to Mercedes-Benz service, Jim has also been a previous service manager.  In doing so, he is a fountain of knowledge with all Mercedes-Benz has to offer. He is here to answer any questions you may have and to point you in the direction to get your Mercedes-Benz running in tip-top condition.


VOLVO SERVICE

 SHERRI STEDMAN



Sherri has been a beneficial part of the Betten Imports service team for 10 years. Sherri knows the Volvo product like the back of her hand.  In addition to the years of experience here at Betten Imports, she has had an addition 7 years of vehicle service advising under her belt.

SHERRI MILLER

 

Yes, there's another Sherri.  Sherri is the voice of the Service department.  She answers the calls to schedule appointments and sets appointments when a special order part comes in.  In addition to her appointment setting, Sherri will also call for a follow-up on your service to make sure that we have exceeded all of your expectations. 

 BRITTANY SHARP



Brittany is our part-time switchboard operator.  Since Brittany is also in our Business Development Center for Service, she can help you with scheduling and appointment, figuring out if your work is completed or just tracking down your Service Advisor.  Brittany also cashiers after service work is completed.

VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE

 ANDREW HOEKSTRA



Andrew has been a part of the Betten Imports customer service team for 3 years.  Andrew started in the Volvo customer service area and has recently moved to the Volkswagen Service area.  Before coming to Betten Imports, Andrew has had 7 years of previous experience working with vehicles of all types.
 

MERCEDES BENZ SERVICE

 WENDY BLAKEMAN-FOSTER



Wendy is the voice of the Mercedes-Benz service department.  She is the main appointment coordinator for Mercedes-Benz and is very knowledgeable of the product. She helps out wherever possible whether it's scheduling an appointment, figuring out when your vehicle is going to be ready or covering the front counter if Jim is away.

 

SERVICE MANAGER

  MARTY KUYPERS



Marty has been with the Betten Imports family for 36 years.  In that time, he was a technician and has worked his way up to be the Service Manager.  In doing so, he knows about all there is to know about service from how the cars work to how the bills are formed.

 

 

OPERATORS

PAM KREUZE

 

Pam is the main switchboard operator.  Pam does everything from making service appointments to tracking down if your vehicle is ready for pick-up.  In addition to answering the main line switchboard, Pam also handles cashing out customers when their car is finished.

 

 TRESSA ZIEGLER



Tressa is on the switchboard one day a week; however, she will help out whenever she is needed.  Tressa helps with scheduling service appointments, checking if special ordered parts are in, and checking on the status of a vehicle in service.
