MERCEDES BENZ SERVICE
Jim has been working at Betten Imports for 21 years. In addition to Mercedes-Benz service, Jim has also been a previous service manager. In doing so, he is a fountain of knowledge with all Mercedes-Benz has to offer. He is here to answer any questions you may have and to point you in the direction to get your Mercedes-Benz running in tip-top condition.
Sherri is the voice of the Service department. She answers the calls to schedule appointments and sets appointments when a special order part comes in. In addition to her appointment setting, Sherri will also call for a follow-up on your service to make sure that we have exceeded all of your expectations.
Pam is the main switchboard operator. Pam does everything from making service appointments to tracking down if your vehicle is ready for pick-up. In addition to answering the main line switchboard, Pam also handles cashing out customers when their car is finished.
Tressa is on the switchboard one day a week; however, she will help out whenever she is needed. Tressa helps with scheduling service appointments, checking if special ordered parts are in, and checking on the status of a vehicle in service.
Brittany is our part-time switchboard operator. Since Brittany is also in our Business Development Center for Service, she can help you with scheduling and appointment, figuring out if your work is completed or just tracking down your Service Advisor. Brittany also cashiers after service work is completed.
