My car is always returned in better condition than when you started working on it. Your waiting area is comfortable and you provide cookies! Unless a light comes on or the car makes a strange noise, I wouldn't know anything was wrong with it. Your staff keep me safe by inspecting the car each time I come in and I appreciate and depend upon them to do so. You have fixed the only problem I've ever had and that was the appointment process. I purchased a used beetle that had an uncut key. I bought a key with the remote for my daughter from Betten . They cut the new key and cut the blank that I had to see if it would except the programming. Both keys work and was only charged for the actual VW key. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to explane the whole process and why my blank may not take the programming. Your parts manager is outstanding. Thanks Mark

We were planning a 500 mile driving trip on the upcoming weekend and noticed one of our headlights had burned out. Thinking it would be a simple act of buying the part and changing it myself - I arrived at the dealership about 30 minutes before closing. I purchased the part but in talking with Todd the Parts Manager, I learned that changing the light was not that easy and involved safety issues as well. The more we talked about it, the more concerned I became and asked Todd if he would show me how the light is replaced. Todd proceded to change the bulb for me and it was no easy task. To make it more difficult, the dealership lights went out (end of day timer) and Todd worked by flashlight to complete the job. There was never a moment that Todd was not of good cheer, even though I would think it was after hours and he was working on his own (unpaid) time. Todd's performance has made me a loyal fan of the dealership. I have told this story to others and will continue to spread the word. Thanks to Todd's exceptional customer service attitude and the performance of the rest of the service team, I will continue to look forward to shopping at Betten.

Having done business before with Erik and your dealership, made my decision to do so again very easy. I live in the Metro Detroit area and have a few other MD dealership options that are more convienient (MB of St. Clair Shores, MI; Bloomfield Hills (Estate Motors), Novi and Ann Arbor- which are all much closer. Plus I leased a car from the MB Novi location back in 2004 or 2005. However, my past experiences led me back to Erik! Well worth the extra few hour drive!!!

Will strongly recommened to ALL future MB prospects.
