While rating everything a "10" across the board looks and seems like I didn't give it any thought (easiest path, schmoozy, etc.), I really did, and couldn't think of any reason to rate any categories any lower. To my pleasant surprise and total satisfaction, you guys really are that good. My girlfriend has the same make/model/year car as mine (05 Jetta), we had our cars serviced at the same time, and she's just as happy about the whole thing as I am. Betten has two new, loyal customers. Thanks!

We purchased our Touareg from Chris Jasperse, 12/31/11. Chris, our salesman, has provided us with excellent, service for our 2012 Touareg. My name is Mara, I am the primary driver of the Touareg. While out running errands one day, and, of course, without a scheduled appointment, I stopped by the Betten Dealership. I had questions re the Touareg's operation. Chris was working in another area of your dealership. Within minutes he was sitting with me in my car reviewing questions I had. We also reviewed the operation of the Touareg's mechanical buttons! Articulately, and patiently he explained the (many) functions my car can perform. Not only that, but, as promised, he 'delivered' and drove my Touareg to the back of the Dealership to have it washed! WOW! Never ever have had this great service before! Who could have believed that a small perk such as a free car wash would reap such a BIG 'bene' for Betten and myself! Never thought I would say this: in only the few encounters with Chris and your Betten Dealership, you make me feel as though I have not just purchased a car. You make me feel valued- as though i am a part of your dealership 'family '! :)

I brought my car in to have locking lug nuts removed and not only had them replace them but a warrenty w/ my sunroof taken care of without asking. It was a huge relief because my sunroof had been leaking and would never had known it was a warranty issue otherwise. The service was excellent, the wait area very comfortable, I could've rated 100% had I only planned for a 90 min wait on my lunch break. I have to admit the staff did make it well worth the wait in the end though. Would highly recommed Betten to anyone. Brad at VW service counter has excellent customer skills and really appreciated all he did for me.

I had exceptional service on my E320. However, what makes your dealership standout. My car developed a malfunction last Monday night. I am from Ionia. The receptionist stayed on the phone with me until I arrived at the dealership approximately at closing time. Brad took my car in and set an appointment for service. However, no loaner cars were available. I needed to get back to Ionia because I had patients scheduled for surgery in the morning. Brandon Weber found me a car on the lot and let me take it back to Ionia until my car was fixed. he understood my dilemma and took care of the problem. I left for Ionia that night in a GLK. I have been telling everyone of this exceptional deed Brandon did for me. It really meant a lot. Thanks Betten and Brandon.

My wife, Nancy, and i stopped by your showroom to only look! We especially wanted to see the Volkswagen line. Within a very short time we nearly agreed to a proposal laid out by Kim Thompson. It only took until the next day for us to make a positive decision. Kim, along with the expert assistance of Bernard Saayman, were the most professional, yet low key, representatives of any automobile dealership I have ever met; and, I have met many. By my recollection, I have purchased 13 new automobiles in the last 20 years, and many more before then. I just can't remember. Sales Manager Kim was great in handling our questions and concerns.
