As you know I have been buying MB automobiles from Betten Imports for almost 20 years, I believe that is before you started working there, however I bought already 5 cars from you.
Eighteen months ago we gave my son my wife's 3 year old C-290, she took my new C-300, I sold my SL-500 and I purchased a roadster, not MB, because I wanted to have one, with all wheel drive so that I could drive in the winter.
I found only one brand that makes an "all wheel drive" roadster, another German made car. I was not displeased with the car, but it was no MB.
Then two weeks ago I came to the Dealership to pick up my wife's car from service and saw the new 2010 E Class. wow what a car! The roadster had to go.
I purchased from you an E-350 with almost everything possible; perhaps the only thing missing was a built in coffee maker. I was ecstatic, it has only been 5 days but I am totally satisied with the car, it rides so smooth it is hard to tell it is moving.
Thank you for treating me with respect, integrity and a lot of fun along the way. You make the "car buying" experience something enjoyable, and Eric's involvement is a plus.
This is one of the nicest
cars that I have ever owned; it is just hard to beat the SL-500.
God willing I will write you a follow up letter next year, and let you know how things are going with the new E-350. I will try to remember it while I am having fun with the new car.
We are planning this summer to visit our son in Spokane, WA driving our new MB.
Last but not least, it is a pleasure to deal with Jim in the Service Department. This Dealership has it all! Thank you all.
