JOHN VANDEKIEFT - PARTS MANAGER
John has been a part of the Betten Imports team since 1990. He started his Betten Imports career working the counter taking parts orders and has worked his way up the ladder to parts manager. He leads his team of 8 in the most professional manner, helping them with what questions they have.
THOMAS BENHAM
Thomas has worked at Betten Imports since 2000. Thomas currently works the Volkswagen parts counter taking calls for our Volkswagen wholesale and retail customers while helping out our technicians get the parts they need.
DAVID EGGLESTON
At random times during the day, music can be heard coming from the back of the parts department. David is to thank for that. This former DJ has given the records a rest and came to rest at Betten Imports. David has been working at Betten Imports since 1997 and has found a home working with Mercedes Benz parts.
TODD SHIVELY
Every workplace has it's comedian, Betten Imports is lucky enough to have a few and Todd Shively is one of them. Todd has been working the front counter of the parts department since 1996. Before coming to Betten Imports, Todd has had an extra 4 1/2 years experience in selling parts.
Paul is Betten Imports resident story teller. Paul has worked at Betten Imports twice in his parts career. He started at Betten Imports in 1995, and moved out to Chicago to work with Mercedes Benz in 1997. In 2005, Paul decided to come back to Michigan and work again at Betten Imports at the Volvo counter. Paul is living the dream doing what he loves.
CHRIS ROTH
If Chris isn't out in the wild hunting, he can be found in the back of the parts department handling the shipping and receiving. Chris has been at Betten Imports since 2004 learning the ins and outs of shipping and receiving and now is a pro at it.
Ron has been in the Betten Imports family since 1997. Ron started out selling new Volkswagens, then decided to "retire". Ron has since become our parts driver enjoying the weather. Come rain or sleet or snow or shine, Ron will be there to deliver the parts that are needed.
